Refund Policy
After receiving the funds we will notify you directly through our chat program when the chips have been sent.
It is at that time that you must check to make sure that you have received the chips and confirm that you have received them.
All chips are delivered directly after the funds have been received to the Pokerstars ID requested.
We can not be held liable for sending chips to the wrong Pokerstars ID if we sent it to the Pokerstars ID that you requested.
If, however, it is our error we will send the chips again to the correct Pokerstars ID.
If there are any concerns they must be addressed at this time. Once the chips have been sent and it has been confirmed that they have been received or if we can show that the chips have been sent to the Pokerstars ID requested via a copy of the pokerstars play money chip transfers email the transaction is complete.
Once the chips have been sent to the Pokerstars ID you requested the sale is final and no refunds will be issued beyond this point.
